Exchange & Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website


  • If item is damaged during transit, a replacement will be sent out to you within a reasonable time frame depending on stock availability. Freight cost is non-refundable if you decide not to take the replacement.
  • All items must be packed with the original packaging on return. After we receive the item, a refund will be provided within 7 business days. We will suggest taking photos before packing up the item to prove it is in its original condition.
  • By common knowledge, the image colour of a product will be slightly different than the true colour of the product. We will not accept exchanges or refunds for this reason.
  • No exchange for Custom made, Clearance, Floor display stock
  • As PayPal recently has changed their refund policy, all payments through PayPal will receive a refund taking in consideration PayPal’s fee. This is 2.5% of the total purchase amount.
  • We won’t be responsible for any loss or damage on items that come as a result of incorrectly reporting the receiver’s name and address on the order placed.
